Storage Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are your rates?

    Our rates vary depending on the size and type of storage. Please call for rates and available sizes, or a list of our rates can be found here.

  • Should I make a reservation?

    Availability changes daily. We recommend making an advance reservation to make sure the space you want is available when you need it.

  • Do I need insurance?

    You may carry your insurance (check your homeowner's, business, or renter's policy to see if you are already covered) or apply for insurance coverage from a company specializing in self-storage insurance. We offer tenants storage insurance from Bader Company. Insurance is the tenant's responsibility.

  • Do you give me a key?

    You provide your lock and key so that you are the only one with access to your unit. You may purchase a high-quality lock at our storage office. We occasionally offer coupons or promotions where we offer tenants free disc locks.

  • Can I pay for my unit online or over the phone?

    Just click the "Make a Payment" button in the blue bar on the home page. Or you may call to make payments by credit or debit card. We can set up your account to automatically charge your credit or debit card or draft your checking account by ACH with a voided check. You can come to the office, drive up to the window or mail your payment in the provided envelope in your monthly statement. We have a drop slot for after-hours. We also accept cash, check, or money orders.

  • What type of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

  • I only need storage for a few days. Can I rent by the day?

    The minimum rental period is one month. You may use the space for a few days, weeks, or months; however, we cannot offer refunds for early move-outs.

  • What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?

    A valid driver's license or federal ID with a picture is required to lease a unit. Motor vehicles, Watercraft, and RV must be accompanied by current registration and proof of insurance.

  • Do you have your movers?

    While we do not offer moving services, a variety of local movers may be available for your use. Check the yellow pages under the heading "movers" or search online for a complete list in our area.

  • How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?

    The entire move-in process should take less than 15 to 20 minutes. Please remember that this time could vary depending on whether other customers are ahead of you when you arrive.

  • Do you rent trucks or trailers?

    Yes, we are U-Haul dealers and have a complete line of U-Haul equipment.

  • Do you have boxes & moving supplies?

    Yes, we sell U-Haul boxes and a complete line of moving supplies.
